Cancellation & Refund Policy

‘CHAMUNDA ASTRO PRIVATE’ and its associated persons/ organizations (hereinafter called ‘CHAMUNDA ASTRO PRIVATE LIMITED’) believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of orders.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the ‘Services’ category of our site.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the ‘CHAMUNDA ASTRO PRIVATE LIMITED’ marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Sankranti, Diwali, Navaratri etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
‘CHAMUNDA ASTRO PRIVATE LIMITED’ does not accept cancellation requests for items, which undergo Energizing/ Programming Process to enhance their effect, before being sent to our esteemed clients.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the same to our Customer Helpline. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
While submitting your cancellation requests, please always quote your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us clearly why you’re cancelling the ordrs.

In all cases of cancellation of orders, Refunds are processed within 21 days period.
